We've chosen the Surfrider Foundation for our first Day of Service this year. Chad Nelsen (BS '92) has led Surfrider for over a decade on vital coastal and climate policies. We're collaborating with the North OC Chapter for a native plant restoration event .

About the event

We've chosen the Surfrider Foundation for our first Day of Service this year. Chad Nelsen (BS '92) has led Surfrider for over a decade on vital coastal and climate policies. We're collaborating with the North OC Chapter for a native plant restoration event and will have an optional group lunch afterwards at the Beach House, an ocean-friendly restaurant certified by Surfrider.

Time & location: We'll meet at 8:45 a.m. at the (pinned location) 13 Marina Drive. There is a restroom located near the beach. We'll provide a contact phone number to RSVPed guests.

- Sneakers or similar closed-toe footwear (not sandals)
